Pocketful Productions is a cozy chic wedding and event planning company rooted in beautiful Pemberton, BC, servicing the Sea to Sky Corridor. Specializing in the planning and bringing to life of weddings, parties, intimate gatherings, and quaint affairs, our mission and passion is to assist in the creation of unforgettable events through well organized and thoughtful planning and execution. That is to say, we will ensure your day goes your way, right down to the cake crumbs…because some days are destined to be extraordinary.
We take care in creating weddings and events that are fun, engaging, unique, and memorable. We are very hands on, detail oriented, and strongly believe it’s the little things that make the difference. We pride ourselves on our dependability, effortless efficiency, and our ability to make your vision come true all while keeping things fun and friendly. We are addicted to organization, we delight in the details, we problem solve with ease, we schedule and coordinate with glee – ultimately we sweat so you don’t have to. Our breadth of wedding and event experience enables us to be flexible and adaptable and think quickly on our feet so we can stick to timelines and meet deadlines and budgets. Carlee Cindric. Carlee’s love affair with weddings began when she walked down the aisle as a flower girl at the age of six. Today, those who have worked with her consider her the ‘Mary Poppins’ of events - weddings, parties, 1000-person festivals, Olympic-scale ceremonies, intimate gatherings - you name it, she’s been there with her pocketful of tricks (spreadsheet wizardry, zap-straps, bunting and boas, hammers, inflatable castles, clip boards, duct tape and safety pins). Her ability to create down to the minute timelines, organize event logistics to a tee, and handle all of the wedding and event world miscellany are her expertise. This, combined with a double helping of cool in a crisis, no-nonsense attitude, and a commitment to making sure that everyone is having fun throughout the entire process from planning to downing the last drop of bubbly, allow her to meet deadlines, budgets, and the expectations of her clients.
Over the past 20 years, Carlee has gathered, crafted, and developed her one-of-a-kind wedding and event management skills while working for W1, Inspired Group Events, Whistler Film Festival Society, Whistler Arts Council, and VANOC. With these companies she played integral roles in developing and directing beautiful, memorable weddings, as well as, some of the largest, most prolific events in Whistler including the World Ski and Snowboard Festival, Whistler Film Festival, and the 2010 Winter Olympic & Paralympic Games, to name a few. She’s also spent several years in the marketing and communications world with Tourism Whistler and Origin Design & Communications lining her pockets with new tools and experiences. She strongly believes the execution of successful and exquisite events begins with open communication and creating a trusting relationship with all those she works with…from clients to vendors, venues, and more. Her ‘can do’ attitude coupled with her professionalism and passions for all things weddings and events take the stress and worry out of the planning process making it an enjoyable, memorable, and authentic experience. |
